Brian Delaney - 
Co-owner of High Peaks Cyclery, Brian has been guiding for over 23 years. He's the senior winter guide and Program Director. Guiding rock & ice climbing, hiking, backcountry skiing, telemark and winter mountain ascents.
Karen Delaney -

Co-owner of High Peaks Cyclery and the mother of 4 active children. Karen is a registered nurse, lifeguard & swim instructor. Loves to take people on canoe & kayak trips, hiking or crosscountry ski adventures. Her favorite local spots are the Peninsula Trails and Marcy & Avalanche Pass trails for x-c skiing and trail running.
Royce Van Evera. (aka. The Rocket) -

Royce earned his Masters degrees in Education and Geography from the State University of Albany. Raised in Durango, Coloroado, he has been guiding wilderness activities for over 30 years. Royce is a NY State certified guide in rock climbing, wilderness canoe camping & backcountry hiking. His favorite climbing area is Poke-O-Moonshine. Favorite Adirondacks link up is Butterflies are Free to Partition at the Upper Washbowl Cliffs.
Here, Royce is leading a 5.10 climb in the Beer Walls at Chapel Pond.
Royce is often accompanied by Morgan, a Black Lab guidedog.
Jeremy Riedl -
Jeremy has Masters degrees in Literature and in Teaching and has taught composition Literature and Mythology for the last ten years. He has been a guide for High Peaks since 2005 and loves the Chapel Pond area during the fall. Come and hike Gothics and Pyramid with him and his Dane/Husky blend Frank Sinatra.

Jeff Murray -
Jeff takes great pride in giving his clients an extraordinary and enjoyable experience in the disciplines of backcountry skiing, cross country skiing, telemark skiing, hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, canoeing, kayaking and camping. Jeff's numerous certifications include Professional Ski Instructors of America, National Ski Patrol, Wilderness First Responder, Outdoor Emergency Care, CPR for the professional rescuer, and life guarding. Jeff's life experiences include teaching (college and high school, skiing and wilderness skills) and wilderness guide for troubled youth and is also a volunteer ski patroller at Mt. Van Hoevenberg as well has a licensed private pilot.
Tom Rosecrans -
Tom is a retired high school teacher and coach. He has climbed in the Adirondacks for the last 37 years and guided for 13. Tom is a former guidebook author and current instructor in the Adventure Sports program at Adirondack Community college. He has just returned from Germany where he spent 4 months transitioning soldiers returning from Iraq in the Warrior
Adventure Quest program for the Army.
Kari Feingold - 
Kari is originally from Glen Head, NY but her love of the outdoors has kept her in the Adirondacks for the last nine years. She got her Bachelors degree in Theater and Expeditionary Studies from Plattsburgh State, where she is now pursuing her Masters in Earth Science Education. Kari also graduated from the Rocky Mountain N.O.L.S. where she spent her time backpacking, paddling, climbing and horsepacking. Some of Kari's favorite mountains to hike are Gothics, Giant, Hopkins and Algonquin.
