Guided Ice Climbing Adventures
The Adirondack Mountains are home to some of the best ice climbing in the United States. Each year the park attracts ice climbers from all over the world.
Our professional guides will teach you, and your party, everything from the basics of tool placement and crampon footwork, to advanced techniques for steep-ice and multi-pitch climbing. All courses include professional guided instruction, equipment rentals, and scenic views! A required (basic) equipment list is available and may be printed from our web site.
Conditions may be variable due to weather and visitor popularity; safety is our number one priority. All guides hold NYS licenses and have wilderness first aid training.

Intro to Ice and Large Group Guiding
An introductory ice climbing trip, perfect for beginners or those just interested in a fun day outside. Participants will learn the basics with our experienced guides, climb a frozen waterfall, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the region. We can offer day and half-day guided experiences.

Slide Climbing and Multi-Pitch Ice climbing
The high peaks region of the Adirondacks is home to numerous slides and cliffs that offer opportunities for world class multi-pitch ice climbing. While slide climbs are not particularly challenging, they are technically demanding and require a full day of guided climbing.
Perfect for anyone who has climbed ice before and wants to take their skills to the next level. Our guides can teach the skills you want to learn to be safe in the mountains.

Rates
Rates listed include the cost of technical equipment rental. (Ice Axes, Crampons, Mountaineering Boots, Helmet, Harness)
1/2 day rates
To get the most out of your experience we recommend a full-day trip, however we can accommodate a half-day experience upon request. Call for rates and details.
Single (full) day guiding rates:
The base cost of a guided trip is $400 for a single single client and guide, each additional client adds a fee of $100, up to four clients. To learn more about our pricing and discuss your parties need please contact us.
Groups Larger than 4 Clients
We require a maximum guide to client ratio of1:4 for technical trips like ice climbing, however we can accommodate larger groups. For details and pricing please contact us.
